1. Our Services
We provide multi-brand car repair, maintenance, and car washing/detailing services. The specific services available, and their scope, may vary based on your vehicle’s make, model, and condition, and are confirmed with you before work begins.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Bookings made through our website, by phone, or in person are requests for an appointment and are subject to confirmation by our team based on availability. We will do our best to honour your preferred date and time, but confirmed appointments may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Pricing & Estimates
Prices for services may vary depending on your vehicle’s make, model, and the extent of work required. Where possible, we will provide an estimate before beginning work; the final price will be confirmed and invoiced upon completion of the service. Any additional work identified during service will be discussed with you before proceeding.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, so that we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect our ability to offer priority bookings in future.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information when booking a service, to arrive at or make your vehicle available at the agreed time, and to inform us of any pre-existing damage, warning lights, or known issues with your vehicle before service begins.
6. Parts & Workmanship
Where genuine or OEM-approved parts are used, this will be reflected in your invoice. We take reasonable care and skill in performing all services. Any warranty on parts or labour will be communicated to you at the time of service and is subject to the terms provided by the relevant part manufacturer or our own service policy in effect at that time.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every care with your vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, cosmetic wear, or damage not caused by our work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service, using the payment methods accepted at our facility at the time. We reserve the right to withhold your vehicle until payment for completed work has been received.
9. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of The Tightened Bolt or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
